Cancellation notice must be given 72 hours before stated date of service. $100 cancelation fee will be charged without proper cancel notification. Expected Rain, cancelation may occur up to 3 hours prior to event, proper communication and agreement may void cancelation fee.

If at any time the party develops into an unsafe situation, we reserve the right to leave without refund. 

Children are not allowed to chase, hit animals or play in animals food or water. NO ONE is allowed to give any food to animals without permission.  

No dogs around animals without prior permission.  

Please reserve 30-50 ft of parking space for our truck and trailer for easy, close access to party area. Especially hard driveways can become real concern and safety concern. 

We reserve the right to change, include or exclude animals for any reason we deem necessary as we must take care of their needs, safety and comfort. 

We supply hand sanitizer, please tell your children/ adults to use it after touching the animals. We will arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up for your event.
